In actual operation, due to the change of the diameter of the transmission roller or the slippage of the guide belt transmission, the speed difference between the two will become larger, which will cause the rotary screen to be actively or passively squeezed, and the screen will twist or break. The solution is to strictly control the diameter tolerance of the main drive roller; appropriately adjust the tension value of the tension roller to prevent the guide belt from slipping during operation. Second, the conduction belt swings from left to right during operation and the rotary screen is passively twisted. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the conduction belt is out of control. The friction between the guide belt and the circular screen causes the circular screen to be axially squeezed as the guide belt swings from side to side. The greater the amount of deviation, the greater the axial friction force during the deviation, which causes the circular screen to twist. The solution is to strictly control the deviation of the conduction belt. Third, the gap between the rotary screen and the guide belt is not adjusted properly, which causes the rotary screen to be squeezed radially, resulting in twisting of the screen. For general fabrics, the gap between the net and the guide belt is preferably 0·3mm, but for heavy fabrics, the gap should be appropriately increased. If the gap is too large, the cylinder may be separated from the guide belt. At this time, the circle The net will be affected by the pressure of the squeegee; if the gap is adjusted too small or there is a negative gap, the cylinder will be squeezed by the guide belt, which will cause the cylinder to be distorted, and the network will be disconnected over time.
